• AVTEC: AVTEC covered the basics from construction prints, to foundations, framing, finish work, all the way to applying roof coverings, giving me the knowledge I needed to build upon.
• Cold Climate Building Techniques: Wanting to utilize new building technologies for cold climates? I’ve taken courses that have not only expounded on ways to build foundations, floors, walls and roofs for Alaskan climates, but also on ways to further ensure energy efficiency.
• DEC Certified Septic Installer: I have taken the proper steps to ensure that my company is certified to install conventional septic systems as well as perform soil percolation tests prior to install to serve Alaskans without access to sewer systems.
• Building for Solar energy utilization: Planning to utilize solar power on your residential or commercial building? By using your latitude, I can ensure proper roof pitch and building orientation are used to make full use of your solar arrays.

• Residential Contractor Endorsement: I have taken the proper continued education and taken a state exam to obtain a residential contractor endorsement and had it assigned to my general contractor license so that I may be certified to work on 100% of the value of your home.
• DEC Certified Septic Installer: As mentioned above, I have taken the proper steps to ensure that my company is certified to install conventional septic systems as well as performing soil percolation tests prior to install to serve Alaskans without access to sewer systems.
• AVTEC Construction Technology Certificate: Gave me a good foundation to build upon.
